About Knight Frank Academy

The Knight Frank Academy is a CSR program designed to identify, train, and develop young graduates who desire to build a career in the real estate industry. This is one of the ways we are returning value to the society by helping to bridge the gap between the competency level of fresh graduates and what is required of entry-level professionals by leading estate surveyors and valuation firms.

The masterclass sessions for Cohort 3 would be focused on core aspects of estate management, including valuations and advisory, real estate brokerage, property and facilities management, sales and marketing, communication, and a lot more courses on personal development. The course content is case-study based to address challenges facing real estate practice.

We have a faculty consisting of seasoned industry professionals and accomplished thought leaders who have volunteered to ensure effective delivery of the academy’s curriculum.

The program will run for three months, inclusive of internship placements at Knight Frank and other leading firms in the industry.

Benefits of the Academy.

  • Participants will have access to intensive masterclasses that will develop their professional knowledge and make them more employment-ready; an opportunity to intern at Knight Frank and other leading firms in the industry; access to seasoned industry professionals and accomplished thought leaders who are members of the faculty; and a certificate of completion which will boost their CV. Upon graduation, participants will also be better ready to pursue professional certifications and membership of institutions like NIESV, ESVARBON, IFMA, FIABCI,

    and RICS.

  • For collaborating firms, in addition to the opportunity of being part of a laudable CSR initiative, the academy will connect the firms to the stream of young, bright, and employment-ready candidates that will graduate from the Knight Frank Academy, periodically.
